CUET Computer Science mock tests and practice

CUET Computer Science is Python, SQL and data structures, so much of it comes down to running code in your head: predicting the output of a Python snippet, the result of a SQL query, the state of a stack after five operations. Reading code is a skill of its own, and it only grows with practice.

What CUET asks in Computer Science

3 units and 23 chapters, from NTA’s CUET UG 2026 syllabus, the latest published. NTA has not released the 2027 list yet. With each unit: how many questions the live bank holds for it.

  1. Section A: Database and Networks

Database Concepts, MySQL, Structured Query Language, Computer Networks

    90 questions
  2. Section B1: Computer Science

Python Revision, Functions, File Handling, Exception and File Handling in Python, Data Structures, Stack, Queue, Searching, Sorting, Understanding Data, Interface Python with MySQL, Data Communication, Security Aspects, Communication Technologies, Boolean Algebra

    242 questions
  3. Section B2: Informatics Practices

Data Handling using Pandas, Plotting Data using Matplotlib, Societal Impacts, Project Based Learning

    54 questions

Counted 25 Oct from the live bank. The count is refreshed every day.

Where Computer Science marks are won

Databases and networks are the shared part of the syllabus: SQL queries, keys, joins, network types, devices and protocols. These are quick marks for anyone who has written queries rather than only read about them.

Python, file handling, exceptions, stacks, queues, searching and sorting are where output questions are most likely. Trace each snippet line by line, with the loop variables written down, until you can do it under time without slipping.

How MockMob turns Computer Science practice into marks

  • A fresh paper every time

There is no fixed list of Computer Science mocks to run out of. Each paper is built the moment you start it, from the 386 Computer Science questions in the bank, with questions you have not answered put first. Pro puts no cap on how many you take; on Free each paper uses credits.

  • See exactly where the marks went

After every mock, the review shows the time you spent on each question, every answer you changed and the Computer Science chapter behind each miss. Chapter review is free after every mock.

  • Fix the mistake, then prove it

Mobi fixes a mistake for good: why your pick looked right, where it breaks and what to remember, written from the official key. Fresh questions on the same idea come back later to check the fix held. One credit a fix.

  • Ask Mobi about any Computer Science doubt

Stuck on a concept? Ask Mobi. Your doubt is answered and tested on two new CUET-style questions, for one credit. Everything Mobi reads from your own record is free.

  • Sit a paper with your Mob

A Mob is up to five friends on the same ten questions each week, free of credits. When you have all sat it, compare how each of you picked.

CUET Computer Science questions, answered

Is Informatics Practices the same CUET paper as Computer Science?
They share one paper code, 308. The syllabus has a common part on databases and networks, then a Computer Science part and an Informatics Practices part.
Does CUET Computer Science ask code output questions?
It can. The syllabus covers Python and SQL, so expect to predict the output of code or the result of a query, and practise tracing code under time.
How is the CUET Computer Science paper marked?
50 questions in 60 minutes, all compulsory. A right answer is +5, a wrong one is -1, and a question left blank is 0, so the paper is out of 250. MockMob marks every full mock the same way.
How many Computer Science mocks can I take on MockMob?
As many as you want. The Computer Science bank holds 386 checked questions (counted 25 Oct), and each paper is built from it when you start, with questions you have not answered first. Pro has no cap. On Free, each paper uses credits. A long run of papers can bring back a question you have seen; NTA mode names any repeat on the paper.
